REAL WEDDING | Smoky Mountain Blush and Blue Wedding | Kennedy Blue

I am so in love with today’s wedding! One everything about it just screams me, I absolutely love the colors. Blush and blue together just make my heart skip a beat!  And two the dinner menu is so me! I swear I’m just a country girl at heart, starting with the food. Plus the wedding gown is from one of my favorite places, Kennedy Blue.
Remember I did that super cute shoot with their bridesmaid gowns, if you don’t remember how gorgeous I was, LOL, check it out here. But yes this same company does wedding gowns and I just love them, especially with the blush color. Oh and did I mention that they have a complete try on program, Kennedy Blue Try On, so you can get dresses shipped to you and try them on in the comfort of your own home.  So pretty much this whole wedding is making me want to get married again. See for yourself!

Our love story:
When people ask my husband how he and I met, he likes to say, “we met online” but if I’m around I like to chime in and say, “oh no, it’s way worse than that”! You see, we didn’t complete well thought out profiles on some dating service. No, we opted for the swipe route. For one reason or another we both found ourselves on the app Tinder and while it does make for a slightly embarrassing “how we met” story, we are so thankful it brought us together. At the time we lived an hour apart and technically (based on the distance radius we both set up in the app) we shouldn’t have even matched up. I own Winnie Jean, an online shop and design studio, and work from home. Neither of us really enjoyed the bar scene so meeting new people was definitely a challenge. Without the technology of today and the different social apps available we may have never crossed paths (an outcome I don’t even want to imagine!).
