Today’s couple is the sweetest! I just love their color combination and the brides simple but elegant wedding dress. And I swear where they got married looks like a legit castle. I so want to visit and take pictures in front of it. The other cool thing about this wedding is that the grooms mother did pictures on a few days before because it was supposed to rain on the day of and another photographer took care of day of pictures. Such a great way to get family involved.

From the Photographer: So this is an interesting submission because this is my son and new daughter-in-law’s wedding. What makes it interesting in submitting is it took myself and my friend Amy Golding Photography to get the entire thing. We knew that it was going to rain the day of the wedding (December 31st, 2016) so we decided to do a First Look/Bridal session a few days before when it was absolutely gorgeous. I was able to do the pictures for this day.
The day of, Amy captured for us. It was a multiple location wedding. Michael and Sara were married at the San Diego Temple (LDS Temple). We took a couple sunset shots in La Jolla on the cliffs. They had a ring ceremony the day of at a venue in Murrieta, CA called Fontainebleau Events. Because of the rain they were able to get us in their greenhouse reception area for the ring ceremony. Fontainebleau provided the catering for the lite lunch, table linens, flowers on the tables and swan shaped pastries.
