I just love this drink. It gets me in the mood for the coming fall. And you can use any of your favorite fruits in it.
Nectarine and Honey
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 ounce honey syrup (half honey – half warm water)
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 nectarine, sliced
Club soda
1 ounce honey syrup (half honey – half warm water)
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 nectarine, sliced
Club soda
Muddle the nectarine slices in the honey syrup. Add the vodka and lemon juice and stir. Top with ice and club soda. Garnish with mint.
