Shannon and Leslie have such a unique love story and we are so excited to share it with you today! After a sudden death, Shannon was there to help Leslie through her grief and pain. The two decided to celebrate their wedding anniversary with a photography session at a local park. There were smiles and tears and of course, so much love!

From the Bride: Leslie says, “We had know each other in middle school. He was a little arrogant jock and I wouldn’t give him the time of day. We reconnected as friends on Facebook and started to hang out because our kids were the same age. My ex, Bobby and I had separated 6 months before. Shannon and I were slowly getting more serious when Bobby passed away suddenly. He picked me and my kids up off the floor and literally took care of us until I could get out of bed. He had no reason to stay. I actually fully expected him to bounce when that happened but he didn’t. He stepped up.”?In August, they chose to celebrate their anniversary with a photography session. We met at a park near their home to photograph the love these two share. There was laughter. There were tears. But most of all, there was a deep connection that shone through.
