Pretty Pear Bride is truly built upon the very notion that all brides can shine, especially the real brides. What are “real brides” you ask? These are brides that you see walking down the street or shopping in the stores. The brides you see everyday. Those are the ones that you will see here at PPB.
So when I heard that this David’s Bridal shoot was being created with real brides in mind I literally jumped for joy because it’s so hard to truly see real brides, curvy brides, or plus size brides in bridal inspiration. But when I do want to see this, one of the main contenders supporting us, real brides, is a David’s Bridal.
With this said, it makes sense that David’s would be in the forefront of showcasing all types of sizes, shapes and looks because they have been around for 60+ years and have over 300 locations in the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and Puerto Rico, . That means that they have seen it all, affordable wedding gowns, bridesmaids gowns, mother of the bride gowns and through it all they have remained the go to bridal stores for the real bride. That sounds like a win – win situation to me.
