Today’s wedding is such a fun and amazing event. I wish I would have gotten an invite because it definitely looks like a party for sure. I mean come on, she said she wanted partying till the sun comes up, live music, good food, and strong drinks. And from the looks of it I’m sure they did. Check it out below!
Celeste & Don
Tell us about your wedding: We wanted a typical New Orleans wedding, which is unlike any other kind of wedding! While it is about two people and families coming together, but its really about partying till the sun comes up! We wanted live music, good food, and strong drinks. The Bride wanted it to be chic and shiny while still being unstuffy and fun.
How did the two of you meet? We met in our college town of Thibodaux, Louisiana. We were attending mutual friends’ birthday party at a bar. The Bride did not even plan on attending that night, but is forever grateful that she did.
Describe your engagement: Don Jude finally got down one knee at midnight on New Year’s Eve of 2017 after almost 6 years of dating.
Describe your flowers: I wanted large and structured flowers with creams and blushes
Your first dance song: Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You by Frankie Valli
The thing that we would have done differently is? I wouldn’t do anything differently, I would just do it again because it really does fly by!
Your advice for other plus size brides: Don’t worry about “rules” that plus size brides are supposed to follow. If you feel beautiful, wear it!
Three adjectives that describe the day: Lively, glam, and loud
