I absolutely love this wedding that was featured on Style Me Pretty today. I loved it so much that I had to share it with you. It is a true testament that a wedding doesn’t have to be grand and elaborate to have the little details and special touches that make it fabulous. Also, she’s a gorgeous plus bride!!! I would love to see this become more popular at weddings. I think it’s a great way to get guests talking to one another and getting adding little inside jokes to your wedding. It looks easy to do as well, especially considering there is this free printable crossword puzzle maker available online. Not only that but it gives the guests something unique they can take away from the wedding to remember the big day.

Here’s a little snippet of information from the bride:
We knew that because the property was so beautiful in natural decoration, the few decorations that we were going to do were going to have to be special. Our goal was to have a purpose to all our decor. Both Jason and I hold family very dear and so many of our decorations revolved around the idea of family — introducing our families to each other and highlighting weddings that we had attended as children or heard about growing up. This was the goal of the Hydrangea trees. We went through family photo books, old cedar chests full of pictures and found as many old family wedding photos as we could. The idea was to highlight the love that has run throughout our families’ past. We also wanted to have our guests interact with each other instead of sitting bored and waiting for dinner to start. So we made two of our favorite past times — word searches and crossword puzzles — all about us to help boost the conversation among our guests.
