Rachel and Brandon had a simple yet very warm and cozy wedding at the Boston City Hall back in 2018. They’re such a lovely couple and we wish them a lifetime of love and happiness!

How Did the Two of You Meet?
Tinder! Our first date was a motorcycle ride to my favorite ice cream shop (shout out to Cabot’s in Newton, MA) followed by hard cider and star gazing in the hammock on the roof deck that I had at the time.
Your Advice for Other Plus Size Brides
Don’t worry about how you will look in photos. Find an outfit that you feel fabulous in and enjoy the day! I found that my favorite photos from the day are the candid ones where I wasn’t posing or worrying about my double chin, but instead the ones where I was focusing on Brandon and doubled over laughing (chins and all).

What has Surprised you Most During the First Few Months of Marriage?
We got engaged, married, and moved internationally all within 3 months. So there was a lot of change in our lives, but we are most surprised by how natural and easy it all felt.
