I’ve always had a fascination with trains. I love taking me kids riding on them. This engagement session pulls at my heart strings because the couple decided to use a vintage train station as their session backdrop. Too Cute!!!! And their photographer, Pam and Tara Photography did a great job capturing it all.
From the Photographer: A surprise involving a Mariachi band, dancing and singing…It was a celebration all around and it started with a birthday party for Salvador’s mother and father. He wanted to do something special for his parent’s so he surprised them with a Mariachi band. Lizbeth noticed as the day went on, Salvador became increasingly nervous. And little did she know that there was also a surprise in store for her. In between the Mariachi band singing and dancing, Salvador made a request to the DJ to play his dedication song to Lizbeth…”My Treasure”. Salvador took Lizbeth in his arms and danced while he sang to her. Family and friends knew what was coming next and tears of joy began to fill their eyes. The song ended and Salvador got down one knee. And the rest, as they say, is history.
For the engagement session, we headed over to Old Poway Park, located north of San Diego. The park represents an early 20th century historic scene with a vintage steam locomotive train running through the park. We had so much fun hanging out with these two lovelies.
