Motivation Mondays: Smile

My family always used to tell me that I didn’t smile very often and as a result, I could be really stand-offish and guarded around people I didn’t know. Of course I denied this until my friends began to mention it to me and then I realized that I had a serious problem on my hands.

No matter what life throws at you or if you’re feeling down or even if you’re feeling higher than a kite, never forget to smile. Smiling is a very inviting and comforting reflex to have and, like the quote says, it is very beautiful. What good will wearing that new dress you just bought do if you’re not smiling? Even if you don’t feel like, just smile because you can.
