While I always enforce the importance of building confidence for yourself so you can be proud of your body, it also helps to encourage others to be proud of their bodies too. I’m sure many of your friends and family are self-conscious about the way they look and would love to hear compliments from the people they love, which is you! So this week, strive to help others around you love their bodies the way you do.
