I love seeing new bridal designers come on the scene and truly notice who their demographic is and that is exactly what Zac Posen is doing in his new line for David’s Bridal, Truly Zac Posen. He is incorporating all everything that is on the bridal runway right now and taking it to the next level making the dresses available in size 0-26. That means that plus size brides are now able to experience the high couture bridal fashion without breaking the bank and in their sizes. It’s great!
Darcy Miller, editor of Martha Stewart Weddings, told ABC.com:
“If you are plus-sized, you can wear a Zac Posen dress. You can get that red carpet look and still get it at an affordable price and in your size.”
In regards to what inspired him to create the line, Zac told Sara Haines:
“Women are the inspiration and we need to celebrate that and I really treat the process like couture process.”
