It is officially summer time so that means time to cool off so what better way than to combine ice cream and alchol!!
Summer Chiller
1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
2 scoops Coffee Ice Cream
1 ounce Iced Coffee
2 scoops Coffee Ice Cream
1 ounce Iced Coffee
Add Baileys, Coffee ice cream, and iced coffee to a blender. Add 1 cup of chipped iced and blend until smooth. Top with espresso, fresh whipped cream and mint leaf.
