{Real Curvy Wedding} Blue and Pearl Wedding in Virginia | Chamberlin Photography
I get so gitty when I see a wedding from my hometown and especially if the wedding takes place at places I know. I miss my hometown so much sometimes so it just brings a smile to my face to see it in gorgeous weddings photographed by great photographers like Chamberlin Photography. This wedding is amazing because the bride is rocking her fabulous curves and she is utterly stunning…from her dress to her hair to her makeup, she steals the show.

Describe your engagement: We went to dinner at the Boathouse restaurant with both our parents and a few other close family members (it was our parents first time getting together since we had begun dating) George had the head chef serve me the ring on a platter prior to our meals being served. He then got on one knee and pop the question.

Our favorite detail of the wedding was: His response: the bride J Her response:
The thing that we would have done differently is? If we would have planned better for the take down and clean up to be handled by certain people. Everyone remaining pitched in to help and we were thankful for that. Also spend money on programs whether you do them yourself or have them ordered. It definitely makes a difference and lets your guest know what’s going on when.
If we could have spend our wedding dollars differently, we would have: We were very careful with our money and planned well in advance —counted the cost early enough to get exactly what was needed and wanted.
The most unique element of the day: Our venue was unique as it provided art for people to browse and a totally different atmosphere while still being elegant and classy.
Your advice for other plus size brides: You are going to look gorgeous on your day! Don’t stress over everyone elses concerns. Do exactly what you want for your wedding and be determined to enjoy yourself.
Describe your wedding cake and any other desserts: Wedding cake was designed to mimic the bridal gown 4 layers – top and bottom French vanilla. One layer chocolate chocolate chip. One layer Chasis (chocolate with liquer)
Three adjectives that describe the day: Exciting, Memorable and Beautiful
