These two are so cute and have the chemistry that just makes their love radiate from their wedding pictures. They were together for 11 years before getting married and EJ proposed in front of all of both of their families on Christmas morning. Love it!!! Check out their wedding below.
AMBER & EJ
Tell us about your wedding: We picked an all inclusive venue to have less stress. I made all of the bouquets and centerpieces. We had an evening wedding that flew by entirely too fast!
Wedding Colors: Navy and gray with bright summery flowers.
How did the two of you meet? I worked at the coffee shop inside of his place of employment. He couldn’t resist.
Describe your engagement: He invited his entire family over to my mom’s house on Christmas morning and proposed in front of both of our families.
Personal or handmade details: Centerpieces, all bouquets
Describe your flowers: Bright artificial flowers
Memories and Stories about the Day: His car caught on fire when he was trying to get to the venue, my make up artist was an hour late, people showed up that weren’t invited, our youngest daughter cried during the entire ceremony. But it was the most amazing day of my life. I never felt more beautiful, or felt more loved than I did that day.
Your first dance song: You and I by John Legend
The thing that we would have done differently is? Take the time to enjoy it all. It flies by so quickly.
Your advice for other plus size brides: Don’t settle! Find that dress that makes you feel amazing, it does exist. Do what makes you and your spouse happy, it’s all about y’all after all.
Three adjectives that describe the day: Dreamy, glamorous, beautiful
What has surprised you most during the first few months of marriage? How different my husband seemed. We were together for 11 years before we got married. After the wedding he was so much more attentive, affectionate and happy.
