I have always said that I truly was meant to live in the 50’s or the Mad Men era because I am so in love with the fashion from this time. It just truly speaks to me. The classic elegance that comes with the dresses below the knee, white gloves, hats and fascinators. I’m just in love! So of course this wedding “Had me at Hello” when I was saw it come through from Paul of Unique Concepts Studio Inc. I literally had to take a step back when I saw how he had captured the true essences of this couple in love and the gorgeousness of her bridal party and their love for this time period. So sit back relax and be transformed back to a simpler time filled with jazz, tradition and a chicness that was embodied by everyone.

From the Bride: A bit of vintage flare, a lot of music-themed decorative items. The wedding itself is going to be in an old church turned Creole lounge, so we get the traditional look we like without the stuffiness. We went with the peacock color palette; blues, greens and teals. I'm also very excited about cocktail hour, where (if all goes as planned), we will have our friends playing in a jazz quartet and singing old jazz standards.
