I absolutely love Texas, everything about it just seems nice, relaxed and slow moving. Such a change for me being from the east coast. And everything about this wedding just screams nice, relaxed and easy going. The couple wanted a country elegance feel to their reception and in Texas, that is perfect. From everything to the country chic reception location, to the gorgeous plus size bride to the gun cufflinks worn by the groom, it’s definitely country elegance in Texas.
From FionaLorne Photography: Emily and Thomas met through an online dating site – she’s from Colorado, he’s a homegrown Texas boy. When they met in person, sparks flew – and they each knew that the other was the person for them. Catholic, they had a traditional wedding mass at St Catherine of Siena in Austin, before retiring to Creekside in Driftwood for their country-elegant reception. The couple are fun-loving, and their day a great example of who they are.
