Whether you’re a gentle soul, a troubled soul or an energetic soul, never forget that you have one. Too many people put stock into physical things like their bodies and while that is very important, the body is not the only thing that defines you. Your body and soul put together helps you find out who you really are on the inside. Once you’re attuned to it, never take it for granted and always cherish it.
