Etsy Spotlight – Vintage Box 1947

Bridal birdcage veils are still a great way to add a little retro to your attire/wedding theme. They are very elegant and timeless. The other night I was looking up colored veils and came across Vintage Box 1947. The name itself pulled me right in! I personally wore a seafoam pillbox hat with a veil for my wedding and I loved it so much. If I knew where I placed it in my home I would probaby wear it around the house! haha

“Vintage Box 1947 – A woman who accesorizes is one who is envied “

Vintage Box 1947, is an etsy shop run by Nina Barton of Sacramento, CA. Her passion for vintage fashion and accessories shines through her pieces. Making pillbox hats is a lost art, but Nina hopes to teach others how to do the same.  Nina’s true inspirations are her husband and baby girl Memphis! Nina’s goals are “to have people all over the world wearing my creations and to know who I am!” I think with the amazing work she has done so far her goal is pretty well attained. Check out some of these great picks!
