{Engagement} Smitten on a Farm ~ Catrece and Bob
I must admit that I’m a country girl at heart and love to trek around on a farm so when I got this engagement session in from Andi Diamond Photography I was definitely smitten. The farm, the love and don’t forget about that cute little goat. There’s nothing better than the carefree love of being on a farm and this couple has that for sure.
From the Photographer: Catrece and Bob met through her father in the summer of 2008. He and Bob were business partners, and when Catrece’s father had to have back surgery, Catrece gave Bob updates on his health and work. After updates turned into late night phone calls, Bob asked Catrece’s father for permission for them to date, and to his surprise, her father said yes. Their first date was July 12, 2008 and the couple has been together since. Bob proposed to Catrece at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC on December 12, 2011. They love to work in their garden and to travel to historical places, and look forward to doing more of both once they get married. Catrece wanted to have their engagement shoot on her grandfather’s farm in Thonotosassa, FL, where she spent most of her time growing up. He passed in 2003, but Catrece says, “even though he is not here in person, I feel his presence.” Congratulations Catrece and Bob, we can’t wait for your wedding!
